大堂服务可以，客房服务就太差了，要盒火柴等了半个钟头，怎么喊都没人。设施较陈旧，房间也很小。说实话甚至不如快捷酒店。窗外隔着另一座楼很近，几乎是挡住的。

呃 酒店陈旧 网上预定的都是走廊小窗户 或者走廊最尽头的 最差房型 感觉不好 因为价格也不低啦 500元住个走廊窗户。酒店内餐厅蝇子飞虫很多。

四星酒店不多说都不错，但不愧是政协的酒店，有些前台牛哼哼的，给人感觉是济南老大哥，又是官家的，有些傲慢，我们这种散客没有宾至如归的感觉
