  必须给前台小张点赞！看到我们带着孩子，主动帮忙升级了安静的房间，还详细介绍了去大明湖的路线，酒店就在景区附近，出门走走就是芙蓉街，各种地道小吃。下次来还住这！

  小董服务非常好，从入住到退房都是小董办理的，非常流畅仔细，回访电话也是他沟通的，非常好的一家酒店，无论从衞生，设施，服务没的説，餐厅早餐非常丰富，再次感谢酒店各个部门的接待，推荐入住

  第一天中午十二点半左右办入住説房间没收拾出来 被告知要等到两点半左右才可能有房 但我们直到下午五点才拿到房卡进到房间 期间把我们带到了行政酒廊等候 但几乎没有吃的 只有软饮 工作人员也并没有为此做什么补偿措施 还有就是房间设施太烂了 空调调节不了温度 热的要死 窗户也不能开无法通风 洗手池不下水 洗完一个脸水都要漫出来了 下水也超级慢 还有床头的插座没有电 还有就是提供的牙膏 是胡椒薄荷的用完我牙疼了一晚上 体验非常不好 多睡一个晚上可能就要疯了 地理位置我觉得还不错 离趵突泉不远 附近也有商场吃饭购物方便
