  新年第一天满怀期待的来济南玩儿，选择入住香格里拉酒店，结果刚办入住就很失望。头12点到达酒店，前台説房间还没打扫好，让我们下午两点后再过来，于是我们去附近商场溜达了两个半小时，回来后前台办入住的人排起了队，好不容易到我们了，又説再等一个半小时才能入住。当时真是无语了....这效率真是服了，马上找大堂经理投诉处理。不到五分钟问题解决了。晚上想用电水壶做点水，底盘用胶带缠着不知道这是为什么？
