酒店地处闹市，交通方便，闹中取静。三人间居然是套间，夏季也很凉爽。只是床垫稍硬，淋浴房很旧了，应更新。

酒店房间很宽敞，感觉宽敞的有些奢侈了，我们一行三个人，一开始住的是个三人间，其实就是一个双人间加上了一个套间，都是相当之大，我们戏称为总统套房。设施一般，没有电吹风，需要用的话得去服务台拿。早餐也非常一般。酒店的位置非常好，门口就是站点，好多车，基本到哪儿都能去的了。出门右走还有个大超市，也就5分钟的路程，非常便利。酒店右边门口就是金汉斯自助，很好吃哦。所以感觉性价比很高，下次如果有机会到济南，这个还是首选吧。

跟目前大部分的商务宾馆相比，群康天雨的设施已经有年头了，但房间真的够大！尽量避免要到楼层东侧的房间，离停车场太近，汽车防盗器太吵了！！

各方面都蛮不错，唯一的一点就是早餐时间太早结束，8点多下楼就没东西吃了，早餐种类太少，分量太少，希望改善
