总体感觉特别差，主要以下几个方面：1、房间空调制暖效果很不好，半夜被冻醒；2、房间跟卫生间设施陈旧，甚至都有锈迹；3、卫生间几乎没有任何设施，连漱水杯都没有；4、退房时，说我用了房间的矿泉水，要收钱。但问题是自始自终我连动动没动过房间的矿泉水，但是前台态度非常不耐烦，叫我自己上去看，我上去看时，服务员拿着一瓶瓶盖打开了，但是没有还是满的矿泉水，说是我动过了，无语啊！那矿泉水都不知道是啥时候的。只得给钱给钱走人。这是我遇到的最烂的酒店。
