非常满意的一次入住，干净卫生，地处市中心泉城广场边交通非常便利。去趵突泉、黑虎泉、宽厚里、千佛山走路即可，离大明湖也不是很远。br每天都有两瓶酸奶和水果，给小孩意外的惊喜。从大厅服务员到客房部到餐饮人员态度都非常好。我们退房时把帽子忘在酒店，还特地打电话给我们，非常感谢！br一定会推荐身边亲朋好友将酒店作为济南入住首选。

几年前住过，总体感觉还是不错的，略微有点旧了，还送了水果酸奶，距离黑虎泉非常近，比较方便，一层的巴西烤肉也不错

住了不止一次了，但是这次体验是最差的！1，和前台说我要住5晚，自己刷了1000之后，后期又让我补房差，而且房卡设置了受限，让我每天回去之后不能开门然后再去前台刷，和她说了我要住到21号，结果第二天又是不好开门！2，之前住的时候房间都有小冰箱，可以买些饮料牛奶水果冷藏，这次住的没有，已经看过记录，我付的钱和定的房间标准都一样，后来和打扫的说过之后，搬来一个旧冰箱，但是我放进去的鲜奶，出门了之后晚上回来全坏了！原因是插的普通电源！还有其他我就不想说了，总之把之前的好印象都破坏了
