这是第三次入住舜和，也是体验最差的一次。三次定的都是一样的房间，前两次安排的都是新装修房型，而这次安排的却是设施老旧的老房间。尤其是当日前台带班的男经理，我问是否可以升级，他说满房，到房间后打电话问可否加钱升级，前台服务员说加五十元可以升级，这位尖酸刻薄的男经理却说加一百。你不是说满房了吗？就因为协调房间的事宜，我打了两次前台电话，这位霸气的男经理直接说:先生，你到底有事吗？这样的服务水平，和我第一次入住，服务生跑前跑后的印象大相径庭，更是没见过这么牛逼的前台经理。如果舜和不对这样的经理做出处理，恐怕会直接影响舜和形象。这位经理，你真牛，真丢人。

客观来说，对于舜和品牌，对于老牌三星酒店，这类老旧设施没有窗户的房间，就定个特价房就够了。还坚挺的把价格订那么高，只顾着高冷范，反而丢失了自己的品牌形象。

不得不说酒店服务特别好，那么大的太阳，服务员帮我们到路口去打车。至于价钱方面也是性价比特高，房间设施齐全，冰箱，电脑，保险箱都有，每天还有两份牛奶和水果赠送。

酒店位置位于泉城广场南侧，算市中心，交通也算方便，去趵突泉，五龙潭，黑虎泉，宽厚里都很方便，去千佛山出门坐K17直接到，打的话也就10块左右。酒店的服务业很好，很热情，环境很好，设施齐全，很舒心。相同的价格比那种经济型酒店不知好多少倍，入住后酒店还赠送水果、酸奶、饼干。
