网上订的房型到了酒店说没有了，只能换别的标间（当时酒店只有比我们网上已经付款的房型更便宜的标间）怕麻烦我们只好答应换更便宜的房间，重点是酒店并不退差价！！不退差价我们也就算了，去了房间看后觉得房间太小而且有异味，就决定换最好的套房，去看了最好的套房，**，啥都没看清直接被更浓烈的异味逼出来，那酸爽～重点是网上订好的房型到酒店告诉我们没有了，我们答应前台换便宜标间时前台说不退差价，后来我们说要换套房前台说要我们补差价，也是绝了
