国庆期间入住，客人很多。服务员态度不错，前台有个管理人员微笑很美。一到酒店就有保安过来引导停车。酒店硬件条件不错，在干净程度上有些不够。因为一家子，酒店给了家庭房，总体不错。wife效果不太好，在房间门那儿才可以用。晚上看到保安有在巡查，感觉比较安全。总体不错。有点小遗憾，艺龙订房时说有小礼物，实际并没有。

酒店原有设施应该是不错的，可惜目前的维护和服务都跟不上，相关的用品名字还是以前酒店的。总体感觉不像是酒店，像是个小旅馆。
