酒店设施陈旧，地毯很脏，388元的标准间没有一次性的拖鞋，景区夜晚很冷，房间热水不烫，电话不通，电视节目也只有三个台，酒店早餐品种单一，也不好吃，尽管服务员态度不错，酒店离瑶里古镇很近，但住宿条件和价格极不匹配，很让游客失望。

酒店卫生还可以，周边环境较好。但是房间内设施太差，卫生间很小洗澡很不方便；房间没有桌子、椅子，连凳子都没有。找总台小姐解决一下，回答就是那样，态度较差。希望携程网督促他们提高服务质量。

原本订的二部标间，真的不行，补差调换到了主楼，总体还不错吧，就是水太小了，忽冷忽热，其他还比较满意。

酒店设施太陈旧，床边的墙纸都发霉了，卫生间一地的水，淋浴间下水道下水太慢以至于水都漫出一地，无语了，就住一晚上也懒得说了！
