酒店配套太不完善了，空调开和没开一样，一晚上冻的要死！晚上抵达周边已经没饭吃了，酒店连包泡面都没的卖！网上订的特价房到酒店后被告知是旁边附楼的，整栋楼黑漆漆的，说很久没人住了，连楼口大门都上锁了，像鬼屋一样，只好加价换了主楼的客房，结果冻了一晚上，wifi没信号，所幸还有热水洗澡，服务一般般。作为景区最好的酒店，硬件和软件都亟待提升。

还不错，就是价格贵了点，旅游区也能理解。不过，淡季可以到了瑶里之后住农家，更有感觉。旺季还是在网上先订好保险一点。
