周边环境ok，在这个范围内也就只能定这个酒店。设施很差，清洁力度还可以，但是厕所一用就很臭，wifi连不上，服务垃圾的不行。首先，酒店停电没有发电机可以发电空调，外面almost 40度的温度一整天没空调。说晚上七点来空调，每半小时打电话过去问都要再拖延半小时。我很生气毕竟我自己以前做过酒店，我和他们说我去投诉，立刻15分钟内来空调。第二件事情，每次打电话给总机要他们送东西都要我拨别的号码，我问她为什么不能给我转，他们说就是不行。我妹妹叫他们送水，她们居然和我妹妹说要自己下去拿！我直接拿过电话很严厉的再打给他们叫他们送水，立刻送上来！这些服务员真是吃硬不吃软？
我叫他们送餐，加收10 per cent服务费我可以理解，他和我说还要打包盒，我问她为什么不是拿着碟子碗给我而是拿一次性的的包装盒，她居然说要押金！exo me？我他妈刷了几千的预售权还会偷他的碗筷吗？！我叫他们主管接电话很严厉的质问他们有什么资格收我押金，立刻变脸说给我送过来不需要押金。呵呵，这酒店老板到底是穷怕了还是扣成这个卵样？嗯？
