过来荆州旅游的，酒店房间很干净整洁，住的蛮舒服，退房走的时候，前台的李敏看到我们买了很多荆州特产，主动拿来干净的袋子给我们装东西，还仔细告知了我们去火车站的路线，服务很贴心，为你们点赞！

每一次住运七酒店感觉都很好，出酒店的时候下暴雨了，前台服务员李敏主动询问我要不要借用雨伞，对客人的需要观察入微，很好。

经常住酒店，但总的来说还是觉得运七酒店不错。办理入住时，衬衣扣子掉了。前台王姣帮我把入住手续办完后还特地帮我拿来针和线，帮我把线穿好了。要是在别的酒店，根本不会理会。非常不错。下次还会继续来住

环境不错，交通方便……周边小吃的也多，这次带爸妈过来住，因为有行李箱，东西也多，服务员肖娟娟帮我们把入住手续办完后，主动帮我们一起把行李送到房间，然后告诉我们周边有些什么吃的…很有耐心的跟我爸妈介绍，整个过程都很满意…一次满意的入住

第一次住这个酒店，总的来说都挺好的，特别是服务热情，细心，因为脚受伤，行动不便，要出去，前台美女陈晓燕专门出去帮我拦了一个的士进来，还帮我提东西，非常的感谢，

环境卫生服务都蛮好的，到前台办入住手续的时候，前台王欢欢看我带的小孩和很多行李，很主动的帮我用拖车把行李送到房间，还帮我送来了挂衣杆。服务很热情！下次还会来住的。
