早上退房，明明没有退押金，非说给我退了。后来一核对，真的没有退。一看，原来就是昨天打发票金额不符那位前台。看在真诚手写道歉信与水果，我选择原谅。还亏我昨晚联系网站客服聊了半小时帮忙改好的评价。希望下次不要再犯了，否则这个弱肉强食的社会，很容易遇到强者被兼并。

在运七住过几次了，一般都是出差，整体比较满意，退房的时候想要寄快递，前台服务员李敏主动帮我联系快递公司，因为着急要走，她还帮我代邮，节省了赶车时间，非常感谢。
