每次来荊州都住运七酒店，房间干净整洁，设备齐全，服务周到，我出去办事去了，把衣服泡在面盆里，服务员何远娥阿姨帮我洗好了，晒干了又帮我收回，我真的特别感谢，运七酒店服务好样的。

酒店环境简洁干净，位置挺好的，服务也很好，想换个房型住，行李比较多，特别感谢前台服务员陈晓燕专门来房间帮我搬行李换房，幸苦了，谢谢
