每次来了都住运七，周边有车站，医院，出门就可以逛街。由于行程突变，赶着退房打了发票，由于我的粗心，还是把发票忘在了前台。还有前台美女王 姣联系到了我，告知我发票忘拿了。得知我车快开时，她立马把发票送到了车站。真的很谢谢她。下次还会继续住运七。

服务非常好，前台服务员邹莉看见退房提着很多行李，就问需不需要帮忙，我说车停在前面停车场，她就帮着我一起给我送过去，感谢！

环境干净卫生，设备齐全，服务热情，退房的时候下刚好下雨，没带雨伞，前台王欢欢主动帮我们撑雨伞把行李送到停车场。

酒店地理位置很好，停车很方便。到达酒店太晚小孩点饿了，让前台送泡面，前台服务员杨华丽很细心的帮忙泡好了送到房间，非常感谢！为酒店的贴心服务点赞！！！

酒店位置好，有个很大的停车场，停车非常方便，酒店有自助早餐吃，挺丰富的，大厅有美女给上茶水。不像一般的快捷酒店。

位置好，服务好，环境好，来荆州的首选酒店，昨天去吃了一家味道特别好的餐馆，打包了猪蹄，准备晚上宵夜，但是没有加热的，打电话问前台，前台服务员陈晓燕说她们餐厅可以加热，帮我拿去加热了又送到了房间来，非常感谢，服务员都非常的热心，必须要给个赞
