酒店非常大气，硬件设施很新很人性化，房间里面还配备了儿童的洗漱用品一应齐全。大门口有礼宾帮忙拉行李，前台的美女Yuki也非常漂亮，主动给我升级了房间，并且热情告知我如何去领用停车券和早餐的地点。尤其喜欢酒店的健身房，很干净，游泳池是恒温的，玩完回来去游个泳非常舒服。服务员会给你打招呼递浴巾，不愧是五星级服务。整体体验非常好，性价比很高，符合我的预期，宾至如归的感觉。下次来到荆州一定还会继续选择万达，加油！

第一次住万达酒店，以前老是听朋友说不错。疫情后第一次出差就订了个万达，交通很方便，出门公交的士都有。房间布置整洁。白色更容易看出卫生干净不，这个我还蛮喜欢。浴缸放热水很快，泡澡舒服。服务态度也好

早餐赞，卫生赞，带孩子出游，玩的方特 旁边有万达，吃饭也方便，服务员晚上还帮我热饭，五星级服务非常到位，确实是出游亲子首选，下次还来。

来荆州就会住这里，位置很方便，购物出行都很方便，离方特也近，高铁站也很近，酒店大堂特别大气，前台办入住时也很热情，还提醒停车登记可免费，房间也很干净，刚好周五开了自助餐，才98一位，好吃放心又便宜，下次还会来的。

每次入住都很享受，前台服务员热情，入住退房都很快，特別要说的是客房服务的阿姨，人很好，还为房间送了水果，停车在B2层酒店专用停车区域，免费停车，上下电梯都要刷房卡，很安全，还有免费为客人提供的超大游泳池和健身房。旁边就是万达广场，吃饭，购物都很方便。下次来荆州，还会选择万达嘉华酒店👍
