突发状况，临时订的酒店，但是出乎我的预期了，酒店卫生服务都很好，因为带孩子，希望安静的房间，前台直接给升级了房间，还可以看见荆州古城墙，前台服务很好，下次如果来荆州，还是会选择这家

前台服务热情，房间还升级了，房间很大，床很舒服，交通便利离火车站很近，旁边万达广场逛街很方便。

还好吧，正常的万达嘉华水平，在没有什么国际连锁的荆州来说还是比较不错的了。硬件比较新，没什么大问题，前台服务也还不错，挺热情的，该有的服务环节都有，也有一些酒店设施服务的必要提示，比如可以免费使用健身房等。早餐品种和质量还行，但是服务人员不够主动，没人领位，也没有人询问咖啡或茶，这一点还需要努力。
