自酒店开业伊始几乎每年都在这里住，曾经带给我们很多好的记忆。但这次入住体验却差强人意，可以说很糟糕，我只说以下三点：1. 客户是外国人，在前台兑换外汇，汇率较银行差一大截，且没有任何正规的票据。问为什么是这样，答说是他们酒店是和黄牛换的，黄牛就给这样汇率。要知道以前在前台的显示屏上都有正常的汇率显示。2. 早上出门房间床上的裤子晚上回来是竟然被随便的扔在了书桌我的手提电脑旁，看着让人非常不舒服。3. 早餐想吃燕麦片牛奶，碗里放好了燕麦片一看没有牛奶，就把盛燕麦片的碗放在了一边。等吃完了早餐牛奶也没有补充。更让人想不到的是第二天去吃早点发现头一天盛有燕麦片的碗竟然还在那放着，真是让人惊诧万分！

老酒店，设施旧点但还干净。服务上不咋地，可能老外多，不愿意服务中国人。从门口到里面，酒店员工爱理不理的，所以也就二星服务标准。
