保安态度太差。问下有没有车位直接说自己找，然后也不会指导你停车。感觉4星级酒店请这样的保安。还没一般酒店的保安好。如果不是我预定了，退不了。我二话不说直接走。入住酒店前已经没心情了。希望环境能改善。可是房间空调是摆饰。热死了。而且现在18年6月，冰箱里王老吉17年7月，虽然没过期。喝了自我感觉想吐。这个酒店到此一游。希望4星酒店保安的素质跟上。

临时决定住在义乌的，到了比较晚，23点多了，给免费升级了标间。酒店总体感觉不错，位于市中心，买东西也很方便，服务态度很好。

現金卡不能刷預售權，把客戶當賊一樣看待（這是我內心感受），必須刷滿了6天房費，然後住宿不滿意也不能退房退費，進得來出不去，太可怕了！如此理念真跟不上時代潮流了。
