网上订付款成功到店却说网络订房已关闭没有房间 艺龙满是借口网络订房关闭为什么还能付款 酒店不给协调只能重新订 离店酒店不开发票要艺龙开 纸质发票邮寄还要自付邮费 真**坑人

十七楼郑大姐 服务热情 体贴 ，这是高兴的地方，但是酒店因为关闭了周末的网络订票，造成我们只能预订昨天一天，无法续住，要求我们加钱并购买酒店会员，严重失望，对于我们这样经常入住该酒店的老客户，我觉得做法有待提高！
