我们是第三次入住，可喜的是服务人员讲英语了，令人反感的是反映卫生间脏，前台叫来大堂经理，大堂经理逼问我先生要细节，到底是卫生间哪里脏？我先生说看上去很久没有打扫或者是一直没有清理干净......已经退房了，你们可以自己去看。太不专业了……五星级酒店这样的水平？

早餐另外加钱的，品种很少，跟五星级酒店不匹配，住店客人优惠价好像是70几，一开始不知道，直接交了两天早餐的钱，吃了一次后发现不好，找前台还不让退

大堂附近各种商户，影响酒店形象，早餐餐垫特别脏，怀疑是山寨喜来登br前台和餐厅服务员职业素质有待提高，唯一还算满意的地方只有游泳池，水质还不错
