总体还不错，问题有两点都出在服务上：1、客房服务员来换床单时一直唠唠叨叨，说自己有多忙，难道为顾客服务不是你的工作职责？2、我带了2个男孩儿，给我一间Hello Kitty的家庭房？前台介绍时说哆啦A梦的，蓝猫和粉猫都分不清，不知要闹哪样！训练还需努力呀
