实在太差劲了，太次了，先说一下具体的内容吧，首先，前台的服务态度特别次，到了办理住房，直接把身份证扔过来，理都不理，态度差的实在是不行了，而且爱住不住的样子，实在太差了！其次，在5月10日早上，9点零五分，服务员门都没敲，直接进来了，我正在休息，进来了就直接问，没退房呀，就出去了，根本在这里居住，任何的客人隐私，客人的安全都不注意，真的太差了，最后，我想投诉她们，结果根本没人理，我不知道这个酒店的管理不在意还是这边根本就不在乎客人的感觉，希望以后来九华山旅游的客人千万不要住在这里，会让你对整个池州的印象立马降低，以后我抽时间就评论一下，希望能有更多的人看到！
