酒店房间的空调完全不能制热，虽然加了取暖器，依然很冷。本以为免费以亲子房升级到套房很开心，入住后才明白这个套房冷死人。比前次住这里差远了，无论设施，服务都没法比。希望能不断改进吧！

这是我有史以来入住体验最差的酒店 这是一家挂牌四星级酒店 当天十点入住 当地的温度只有零下五度 在这样的环境下 选择一家挂牌酒店硬件设施完全不会有问题的 可惜大失所望 冻了一夜 早上起来就发热生病了 看看空调温度我就不用说什么了 酒店地板 墙面 差到极致 我这是花钱找罪受 差 差 差
