酒店人员的服务态度很好，有耐心，有礼貌，而且处理事情有始有终，相比天沐度假村的态度真是天壤之别。入住的豪华标间，房间设施齐备，注意到了细节，卫生干净，床和枕头睡得很舒服，隔音效果也不错，晚上觉得很安静，睡得踏实。温泉池子很多，晚上泡的，人不多，很舒服。
