遇到过房间电话不好用，电视遥控器故障，网线不良的情况。内部卫生挺干净的。出行也方便，住着还算舒服。注意，前台主动说过，此酒店没有星级，不要被准五星的广告蒙蔽。

住着还可以。服务员态度平时可以，但是沟通发现还是没有太大耐心，对事情处理不是很娴熟。希望能改进，让客人住着更方便。

每次出行到酒泉的必然选择！感觉有一下几点比较好的：一是早餐比较丰盛；二是服务态度比较好；三是入住手续办理效率高；四是没有骚扰电话；五是紧靠彩虹桥市场，购物比较方便。
