办理入住时前台人员没有招呼声，服务一般。还把预授权刷成消费！这还是到第二天退房时另外一个前台发现。房间里洗手间马桶打开里面还没冲洗，还有小便！！！五星级不是依靠房间面积去达到的！希望贵店能好好的去管理好这家五星级并越做越好！

酒泉的人很实在，非常满意。周围比较繁华，床头有插座，冬天取暖靠空调，比较干！床，枕头，我睡着不错！餐厅还可以，早餐我吃着还不错！

酒店门口不好打车，周围比较繁华，床头有插座，冬天取暖靠空调，比较干，我住的楼层较低，窗户不对外界，比较闷！床，枕头，我睡着不错！餐厅还可以，早餐我吃着还不错！

环境不错，价格实惠，我们是从敦煌返回的时候中途入住的，连续开车很疲乏，不过在酒泉住了一晚很解乏，尤其是早上的自助餐，比想象的好太多了。

最值得推荐的地方是酒店里清真餐厅，手抓羊肉是这一次我西北之行十几天里，吃到的最好羊肉。
