酒店位置不错，临近党河，酒店自带餐厅就很不错，附近吃饭的地方也很多。设施比较齐全，不过那些电动控制其实不是很灵敏，不如手动快，尤其是窗帘。这次西北行，这家酒店的员工是素质最好的，遇到客人都是微笑，而且酒店有洗衣房，对于带孩子出行的家庭来讲真的很好。

非常好，前台看我们前两天带孩子在黑马河和大柴旦没休息好，还给房间升级了。房间智能化，孩子玩的很开心

卫生间上面不知道是什么东西一直发出奇怪的声音 一整晚没睡好 打电话给前台 服务员来听到了 工程部一来 上面那东西不发出响声了 叫他们换房间硬是不肯 真的没有遇到过这样的

酒店很新，位置好，交通便利，房间设施智能控制，干净温馨、打扫和物品补给及时，还有供客人免费使用的洗衣房。员工培训到位，从前台到大堂、客房均服务热情，看到客人主动微笑问好，对客人的诉求反应迅速处置及时，客房还准备了微笑卡片、卡通玩偶、饼干和果冻。酒店性价比高，强烈推荐。
