  Location is great, there’s a mart nearby for snacks, walking distance to many restaurants. About 10 min car ride to the scenic park entrance (able to arrange free ride with hotel to and from the scenic park). Service is top notch. Front desk young ladies are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious. However it would be great if they have more hooks in the bathroom for clothing. We find the water temperature a little harder to control.

  Hotel staff is very friendly. We tell them ahead of time when we want to go to Jiuzhaigou and when we want to leave for the bus stop. They will schedule you in and pick you up and drop you off. That is very convenient as the hotel is not super close to Jiuzhaigou. Con: I did not like the disposable towels. I much prefer just regular towels. Having one key card is not very convenient for us since we have 3 adults.

  Staff are very helpful, room is clean and they provide free transport to the national park. Highly recommended
