酒店硬件设施还行，可惜服务就一般了。路早准备的不够丰盛，感觉连20都不值。对于一个五星酒店来说，应该更关怀客人的需求，何况酒店位于海拔2500左右。住客的身体情况，饮食都应该做些相应的调整。客房部也只是整理房间，未及时更新房间用品，这五星酒店体验很一般，只够四星等级。酒店距各景点车程相对比较平均，几本在1-1.5小时的样子。
