整体感觉不错，就是离沟口较远，去景点不太方便。吃的选择少，如果住的天数多吃饭不方便。酒店服务人员很好，经过专业培训。

服务不错，五星的标准！装修很有民族风情！房间还给免费升级。大堂很漂亮，有孔雀、山鸡等可供观赏的野生鸟类、还有可爱的小松鼠！小朋友很喜欢！房间里面有欧式壁炉，暖气很充足！早餐还行，就是小孩比较贵了。晚餐的中餐品种比较少，只有川菜可供选择，味道还不错！

对酒店是没话说，唯一就是本来预定三晚但临时有事就住两晚，酒店肯退掉一晚，但是微信里不可退，这理说不过去吧，请相关负责人能否给个说法

环境特别好，就是离九寨沟有点远，不过有简途的摆渡车，挺方便的，里面吃饭很贵。阳台观景特别美，很美的一次旅途。
