酒店不错，藏文化主题设计，服务也好，餐厅吃饭也不错，大堂服务员服务很好，晚上还送了客房小礼物，入住时总台还给了每人一个快热米饭拿到景区里面吃！赞一个！酒店离景区步行还是有一段距离的，但是早上酒店还有免费景区班车送到景区门口，又省了十块打车钱啊！九寨沟风景如画，名不虚传，值得一去。唯一不足之处就是定的家庭房，有一个单人床是在落地窗下面的，应该是后来改造的，但是床头没有电源，晚上比较冷，虽然床上有电热毯，但是没有电源不能用，算是挑一点问题吧

在九寨沟这样的地方选择这样的酒店，还算可以。酒店服务人员基本没有任何笑脸，服务一般。最受不了的就是酒店的自助餐太难吃。

前台服务不错，客人的要求基本上能满足；客房服务员热情有礼貌。但客房硬件先天不足，客房的隔音较差，走廊客人说话声，隔壁马桶冲水声音都能听到，影响休息；另外餐厅员工服务态度有待加强。
