酒店整体非常不错，值这个价钱。服务包括设施都非常的到位。只是酒店东西确实难吃-_-#，吃了一次自助晚餐实在是不好吃。我们两个人是256，实在是难吃，学校门口40一位的都要好吃几倍，建议酒店还是好好弄弄饮食部把。东西弄好吃点，不然真的宁愿走远点去外面吃都不愿意吃酒店里的东西。但是其他的服务还是房间都非常nice.下次去九寨沟还是会定这家。只是不会再在酒店吃东西了

房间设施很棒。自助早餐款式很多，房间热水大暖气足。但是我们入住的两天，第一天早上十点保洁员来敲门喊话要不要打扫房间，正常来说房间门口有显示灯，我们并没有点亮那个请打扫，想睡个自然醒活生生被喊醒的心情不是很好。然后我们中午出门之前点亮了那个请打扫，结果晚上回来的时候并没有打扫。服务员并不是没有进来过，还在桌上放了小礼品，但是并没有打扫，直到我们回来那个请打扫的灯还亮着。毛巾什么的都没换。这点管理上还需要加强
