没有服务，最基本的卫生用具开始都不提供，向总台要了后才给了两套牙具，两块肥皂，没有毛巾，还好自己带了。淋浴的喷头有问题，水太小又不热，空调也不热，差点冻死！

这个价格配这种房间真是太一般了，好吧，就算景区内可以理解，但客房无服务，作为酒店来说就完全不能理解哈！入住两天没有客房服务，问服务员为什么没有清理房间，答曰我们没跟前台讲！OK，就算我们没给前台讲，check in的时候您也没给我们说啊！
