设施还可以，主要是离梦幻九寨停车场近，坐简途巴士就在马路对面。但卫生稍差些，马桶坐垫上一圈备胶黑乎乎的没清理，估计是谁用的一次性马桶坐垫粘的，进屋后发现窗子和沙窗都开着，赶了半天的苍蝇😱。如果店家多注意卫生问题会更好。

身为星级酒店没有接送服务，整个房间插头少的可怜，和图片相符的只有两者都有个床，洗手间的门能撞到坐便，空调根本没效果声音还大的吓人，柜子里的备用被子埋汰的就跟大通铺用的一样，就算是放在外面的都不干净，就连早餐都不是自助不说，还问我俩是不是跟团的，明显就是专门总导游带来砸人的这是我此次五省行中遇见的最差的酒店，没有之一。前台叫车

环境确实好！很安静！热水棒棒哒！就是我都走到门口了都木有看到大门入口……房间很大！很干净！建议前台客服确认入住效率好点
