  服务真的很到位，酒店大堂宽敞明亮地下停车场前台付费用可直到楼层出入方便，七楼有自助洗衣房👍退房遇到美丽善良的萌萌娜娜小杰热情周到。整体感觉非常好，我们那个房间窗帘有点拉不严刚好早上照在脸上，早餐很丰盛鸡蛋糊辣汤蔬菜都有如果再加一点面包和牛奶就更完美了。值得再去一家酒店。

  初见开封，“豫”现美好。这美好来自锦上酒店前台楠楠、小杰和煦温暖的笑容与专业周到的服务，来自帅哥春延主动热情的行李送达，也来自整洁舒适的客房设施（房间通透明亮、干湿分区清晰等）。而且，房间里准备的一次性旅行马桶垫、电视遥控器保洁袋、床头柜上的卫生消毒纸巾、小桌子上的绿植、前台赠送的当地特色美食，酝酿成酒店的温馨气韵，传递着丝丝缕缕的巧思与走心。锦上酒店，为我们认识开封、心动开封、记住开封“锦上添花”。

  这家店真的是强推！！在有房间的情况下可以提前办入住，而且还给我免费升级成了套房。超级舒适，干净整洁，枕头和床都好舒服～～ 我早上打车走，前台还让礼宾帮我拦了辆出租，我记得前台小姐姐好像叫赵杰，态度超级好，很专业。包括我最初打电话咨询，接电话的那位前台，一听就是服务很好，我立刻就订了这家店。

  ☘️在网上看了很久，对比了很多家开封酒店，纠结了一阵，最终还是选择了锦上。事实证明，我的选择没有错。 ☘️酒店大堂气派十足，前台小姐姐热情礼貌，办理入住手续效率很高。 ☘️莉莉小姐姐，不但送了开封手绘地图、介绍当地特色美食餐厅，还给我这个干皮星人配备了一台加湿器，主动添加了微信以便随时联系。这让初来乍到的我有点受宠若惊。 ☘️圆圆小姐姐细心又体贴，确认好开票信息后，在退房前就已把发票开好，想客户之所想，急客户之所急。点赞[强][强] ☘️客房宽敞明亮，设施齐全，干净卫生。窗前还有一张贵妃椅，可以晒太阳或者午睡。 ☘️虽然酒店不在市中心，但是交通便利，另一方面，开封的出租车不贵，到处转悠也不心疼。 ☘️下次再来开封，还是会选择这一家。优秀的客户服务给我留下的美好印象已经超过了硬件设施。
