  除了服务其他都不错，前台服务生 问他一楼有没有厕所，他说没有，我问他哪里有 他说楼上有 但是是员工的，我说我能不能去 他说不行，说我不是，那我问他哪里可以上 他才说二楼，一句很简单容易理解的事情 非要这么复杂化，这种情商还是别当前台了
