服务态度差，超级差，热水凉水不稳定 ，吹风机都没 房间还有异味，一晚上没有睡着，隔音还不行 走廊一直有类似脚步声的感觉 没停过 吓死我了……

非常不愉快的一次。晚上7点左右到的酒店，由于酒店没有开门头灯，漆黑一片，找了好久才找到。之后了解才知道由于正在进行消防整改，门头、大厅、走廊等一律关闭，乍一眼看上去，这家酒店就像关门停业一样。再说下酒店位置，就是在紧挨着学校的城中村里，道路非常狭窄，没有自己的停车场，需要停在50米外的收费停车场。其次，酒店内漆黑一片，房间内设施简陋的还不如快捷酒店。网络电视没有声音，画面雪花一片，卫生间没有热水，真不明白艺龙的好评都是怎么来的？果断要求退房，由于是提前支付房费，店家说无法全额退款，最后协商店家扣除艺龙的28元手续费，退房款170元。
