随意收费扣费。在微信平台预定一间房128。开了两间256元，带押金支付400元。第二天没有任何电话通知，晚上回去告知房价调整，由128元变为298元。我理解这是你们的潜规则。但是不给到住户电话通知，这样合理么？其次押金144元全部扣费。不予退还！这点更叫人火大！打电话给前台，前台说之前给我算128是系统出错，可是给我开的押金单都是128。结果要扣我一间房62元押金，两间房124元。哪怕是扣124，你也应该找回我20元吧。1、调整房价不给通知。中间导致客户出现资金损失，也不给予合理解释！2、告诉我系统出了问题，可是给我的押金单上注明的是128。告诉我每间房要多收10元。恶意收费！打电话给前台给我解释不清楚，直接挂电话，这就是贵店的处理方式？
