酒店建筑独特，造型别致，周围环境优美，对面就是清明上河园。房间挺大的，很干净，服务员素质不错，从前厅到送行李的小哥，再到客房服务员到餐厅服务生，无一不是笑脸相迎，热情周到。我们没想到开封也有这么靠谱的酒店！因为日程安排的满，虽住了三天，却没时间拍照，只在晚上回酒店时匆匆走过才拍了一张。

环境特别舒适，前台服务态度也很好，酒店工作人员特别贴心、第一次入住因为房间太热，第二次入住工作人员就把冷风开开，入住特别舒适！赞

我有酒店控，出去先查找酒店，要求高。这次入住的酒店环境，陈设，卫生，服务都很满意，新建酒店，环境一级棒，等春天还会来，房间有点装修味道，不过还能忍受。对前台接待非常满意，加送了欢迎水果，就是这欢迎水果让我对满分大打折扣，希望以后能改正。入住加了早餐款，可是早餐的品种真让人汗颜，太少了，真没什么吃的，老公和孩子只喝了一杯牛奶，希望以后档次能提高。

酒店外观和内部装修非常现代，也颇豪华。外面有个阳台很大，有个宽大沙发，天气好可以窝在上面晒太阳，入住二楼，阳台走出直接到湖边。就是刚刚开业一个月，装修味道还有点。
