回家探亲路过开封必然住一晚，各种设施一应俱全，干净卫生！酒店环境本身就是个公园，环境很好！早餐干净丰盛，晚餐在中餐厅吃到了地道的豫菜，价格并不贵，餐厅服务员的服务很贴心！

基于和去年做比较，早餐环境、服务、卫生不在线，我们入住的房间空调制冷很不好，维修过依然不太好；房间内打扫不干净，窗帘下面有废纸团。很喜欢这个酒店，希望能改进，保持优势。

400亩的园子，有水有桥，绿树成荫，赏心悦目。房间宽敞，推门就可进入草坪，檐下有桌椅，我们开了一个露天工作会议，很享受。室内游泳池干净，池中设压力喷淋和水床按摩，其他酒店罕见。
工作人员敬业热诚，前台的Sandra,Alyson和Cici效率高，临走送2罐开封特产食品，温暖人心！
