带着孩子专门想选择个干净的酒店，没想到地毯醉人，上次来住还没这么夸张，这次的地毯是上面刚卖过烤串儿吗？一夜将近一千五也不算很便宜的酒店了，为什么不注意一下细节？

只想知道什么时候返还1000押金。中午11点退房，下午3点打电话给前台询问，前台说微信零钱付的会即时到账，我就是零钱支付的，没到账啊。前台说查询后回电给我，现在晚上快10点，没人啊，押金也不返还啊。必须差评啊，无论怎样，回个电话不好吗，这么不负责任，入住时的前台都很专业，退最后一间房时就2个前台，排队排半天，总共订了3间房，说我们只退了1间，我们同行的朋友来确认，其他2间早就退了，这时前台才查出来，确实退了。本来对这个酒店环境都挺满意的，结果最后这服务以及问题处理的方式与酒店整体实在是太不匹配了。去哪儿网上的2个房间订单早就处理完了，微信上订的那间到现在还在等待酒店反馈，核实入住...也没人处理
