虽然是湖边，但却给个无窗房，味道很大，排风是坏的，酒店设施陈旧，地毯又旧又脏，毛巾都不敢用，地点不错，去开封府，鼓楼街，大相国寺比较方便。门前停车，挺方便。但不是很推荐。硬件需要改进。

床单、被褥较干净，但客房没有窗户更重要的是地毯陈旧肮脏，地灯、马桶、换气扇早已损坏未修理

酒店设施十分陈旧，服务态度很不好，到结账时还对顾客愤愤不平，说给的价格太低了。网上的报价是酒店自己定的，跟顾客有何关系？真不懂，一个著名旅游城市的挂牌三星酒店，怎么是这样的产品质量和服务水平。

酒店位置很合适，就在包公湖正东边，交通很便捷，晚上沿湖散步非常惬意，走到开封府西南门也就十分钟的步程，晚上在房间眺望包公湖，灯光点点，景色宜人。出酒店往左转个弯到了中山路就是老黄家包子店，感觉比第一楼的清淡些，但人还是很多。br酒店服务尚可，配有简单早餐。不足在于酒店没有封闭停车场，晚上车辆就在区间道上停靠，但有人值守。房间装修、用品有些旧。
