除了地理位置外没有可赞扬的地方。一是没停车场；二是价格太贵；三是硬件设施差，从开始入住马桶就漏水到走也没修好；四是早餐太差，就那几样早点还要收星级宾馆的钱，而且小孩也要收全价，真是想钱想疯了。

酒店房间里面没有宽带与酒店协调很长时间都没有协调好,位置很好靠近包公湖畔，环境优美.

入住时，被告要更换房间类型，晚上，才发现无洗浴热水，反复交涉无果，第二天，要我换回原预定的类型房间，并说是因为锅炉坏了，今天也不会修好，晚上，发现新换的房间热水提供正常。在和他们交涉中，没听到一句表示抱歉的话语，一直到转日早上，一位像是负责人的人表示了歉意，又说不行可以到别的地方住。若明知房间设施有问题，依然安排给顾客，那是一种欺骗，我希望不是这样。 出了问题，怎么能连句道歉的话都没有

到开封府很近，很方便。打车也很方便，早餐很好，餐厅的菜很合口味。设施一般，好像不合乎三星级标准，也许是装修比较早。

该酒店位于包公湖畔，部分房间可以直接看到包公湖和开封府，位置较好，服务态度好。

不错，酒店房间很大，我住的260，湖景房，从房间看包公湖感觉很好，房间也很不错，比一般的三星级设施要好，就是酒店电梯有点老，然后11楼晚上楼梯灯都没有，等电梯的地方一片漆黑，希望改进。。。
