一次完美的入住体验 酒店无论是环境还是软硬件设施都无可挑剔 每个房间都有露台 现在露台上 开封的夜景一览无遗 非常美丽 酒店虽然在市中心 但是因为有一湖之隔 所以很安静 服务很好 每天有免费水果送到房间 早餐也很丰富 味道也很赞

酒店位置非常好 距离周边的景点都很近 开车10分钟 酒店环境没得说 每个房间都有露台 房间很大 服务一流 每天还有免费水果 早餐很丰富 锅贴和巴沙鱼粥特别美味 住五星级的酒店真的是享受啊

感觉很不错，有五星酒店的服务意识，入住退房办理的也很快。提个意见：酒店拖鞋应该换成前面有保护的，而不是凉拖式的。酒店里的桌子椅子，榻榻米的四个角都是木头的，稍微不注意就会磕伤，本人脚趾头本次入住光荣挂彩。另外过年期间，酒店入住率太高，早餐区域混乱，牛奶，水果杯子都供应不了，希望改进。
