印象最深的是行李部和前台的服务人员，热情周到。特别是服务人员程启航先生，解燃眉之急。我一早打车半天打不着，程先生用自己的手机帮我联系到了车，使我顺利到达火车站，没误车，非常感谢！

最让我印象深刻的是行李部和前台的服务人员，热情周到。特别是我早上离店，打出租车半天打不着车，快耽误上火车了，非常着急，贵店的服务员程启航用自己的手机帮我联系到了车，使我按时到了车站。感谢！
