酒店软件硬件都很好，热情周到，特别是早餐让人非常惊喜，品种不多但味道不错，米线面条都很好吃还有酸汤在旁边可以加，有凯里特色。唯一要吐槽的是毛巾了，颜色发黄线头有点多建议更换。
