第一次住这个酒店，设施等都不错。退房时见到服务员将一旅客遗留的手表送到前台并与旅客联系。感觉很不错。谁知晚上回到目的地才发现自己的mini iPAD遗失在了酒店，与酒店前台联系，很快就落实了iPAD已被服务员捡到并移交有关部门。留下邮寄地址后，两天后就收到了iPAD。东西虽不算贵重，但是非常感谢酒店员工，特别是前台的小姑娘（忘了问她的名字），以后到凯里还住这个酒店。

前台办理入住动作太慢，我站在她面前说有预约又过了5分钟，询问她还要多久才开始给我办理入住！房间无线网速度太慢，微博图片都刷不开
