两点需要点评：一是赞一下艺龙的服务，本来预定的凯里的另一家酒店，订单也已经确认，可是艺龙再次确认的时候酒店却不接待，电话也不接。艺龙主动联系好另两家酒店供选择，并提出了相关解决方案。无论从主动性还是解决问题的方案上，艺龙都做的非常好！二是酒店，非常干净，舒适。前台服务也很好，办理入住时已经把房卡做好了，只需提供证件很快就办理了入住。位置也非常好，视野开阔，在房间就可以看到体育场和旁边的公园。
